14 Day Return Policy

You may return any item purchased from HalloweenLights.com for any reason if you are not fully satified within 14 days of the date of purchase--no questions asked and *NO RESTOCKING FEES*. Product must be in new, unopened and resellable condition. When you receive your order please be sure to inspect the product and plug it in to inspect the light set color as illuminated to be sure you are satisfied. All of our products can be plugged in without opening the packaging. No returns will be accepted after 14 days. Return shipment must be postmarked within 14 days of original purchase date. We do not pay for return shipping for returns or made under this policy.

*A restocking fee of 15% applies to all orders of $1000 or more (excluding shipping); wholesale orders; or other orders placed at a price below retail price unless purchased during an advertised sale, promotion or other discount program.

Rope Light Returns

Custom cut LED rope light may not be returned unless it is defective upon receipt. Full spools which are uncut and in new condition may be returned pursuant to the 14 day return policy.

Exchange Policy

We do not process exchanges. However, if you are not satisfied with your order you may return it pursuant to our 14 day return policy and place a new order for a different product.

Packing & Shipping Errors

While we try our best, we are not perfect and occasionally we make mistakes. If you receive your order and did not receive what you ordered because of a packing or shipping error that we made please notify us immediately but no later than 14 days from the date you received your order and we will correct the error at our expense. We will send you a shipping label to return the product to us and will ship you a replacement order.

Product Which is Defective Upon Receipt

While we experience a very low product defect rate, occasionally our customers receive a product which is defective or damaged upon receipt. If you receive your order and one or more of the items you ordered is damaged or defective upon receipt please notify us immediately but no later than 14 days from the date you received your order and we will send you a replacement at our expense. In most cases, we will send you a shipping label to return the defective product to us before we ship a replacement.

How to Initiate a Return

If you would like to return all or part of your order for a refund, if we have made a mistake with your order or if you received a defective item please email customerservice@halloweenlights.com immediately and provide the following information:

1. Order Number;
2. Items to be returned; and
3. Problem with product if defective

We will respond to your email with instructions for processing your return.
