Shipping & Tracking

Standard Ground Shipping

All of our orders being shipped to address in the lower 48 states and which select standard shipping will be shipped via UPS or FedEx ground. Orders being shipped to Hawaii and Alaska and which select standard shipping will be sent via USPS Priority Mail. Most orders which select standard shipping will ship the same day or next business day and will arrive within 5 business days. However, occasionally an order may take up to 10 days to arrive. Expedited Shipping

You may also select from one or more expedited shipping options such as UPS 2nd Day Air or FedEx 2Day. While we always offer two business day shipping we also offer other expedited shipping methods as the Christmas holiday approaches. If you require next day shipping or any other expedited shipping option that is not available online, please contact us and we can make the appropriate shipping arrangements.

Where We Ship From

Most of our orders are fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse located in Jackson, Michigan.

Order Tracking

You will receive an automated email from UPS or FedEx as soon as your package is shipped from our facility. This email will contain a tracking number which you can use to track the shipping status of your order. You can track you order at the UPS website or the FedEx website. We will also update the status of your order in your account as "shipped" and include the UPS or FedEx tracking # for your reference.
