Warranty

The following warranties are available to the original purchaser of our products:

LED Halloween Lights

All of our LED Halloween lights are warrantied for a period of 1 year for seasonal (90 day use) against manufacturer's defects. If your light set fails during the warranty period we will repair or replace the product. If we cannot repair the product and the item is no longer available we will replace your product with a comparable item of equal or lesser value of your choosing. This warranty is only available to the original purchaser. This warranty is void if light set is damaged by abuse, misuse, neglect, improper handling or storage, or if any of the identifying labels are removed. In no event shall HolidayLEDs.com be liable for incidental, consequential, special, or indirect damages, including without limitation, property damage, personal injury or lost business profits, resulting in any defects in the light set.

LED Rope Light

Our LED rope light is guaranteed for a period of 1 year for seasonal (90 day) use from the date of purchase for indoor or outdoor use. This warranty is void if light set is damaged by improper assembly, abuse, misuse, neglect, improper handling or storage, or if any of the identifying labels are removed.

Incandescent Halloween Lights

Our incandescent Halloween lights are warrantied for a period of 60 days against manufacturer's defects. If your light set fails during the warranty period we will repair or replace the product. If we cannot repair the product and the item is no longer available we will replace your product with a comparable item of equal or lesser value of your choosing. This warranty is only available to the original purchaser. This warranty is void if light set is damaged by abuse, misuse, neglect, improper handling or storage, or if any of the identifying labels are removed. In no event shall HalloweenLights.com be liable for incidental, consequential, special, or indirect damages, including without limitation, property damage, personal injury or lost business profits, resulting in any defects in the light set.

General Provisions Applying to All Products

You must pay all shipping costs for warranty service. Warranty claims without proof of purchase will not be honored. In most cases, we can confirm your purchase if you provide us the email address associated with your order. In no event shall HalloweenLights.com be liable for incidental, consequential, special, or indirect damages, including without limitation, property damage, personal injury or lost business profits, resulting in any defects in the light set. All other warranties not expressly provided for on this page are disclaimed including any implied warranties of merchantibility or fitness for a particular purpose.

How to Initiate a Warranty Claim

If you have a product warranty claim please email us at customerservice@halloweenlights.com and provide the following information:

1. Order number; and
2. Nature of defect or problem with the product.

We will respond to your email and provide you with instructions for processing your warranty claim.
